The study was conducted by Nutrition Center, a company that trades in nutrition products. It involved 5,000 women in Spain, randomly selected, aged between 30 and 65.

The consequence of that approach is the acquisition of bad dietary habits, and not just by who makes the purchase, which is also transmitted to the rest of the family (they will eat, usually the same), so that the injury is multiple.
In light of the foregoing, it is advisable to act with the head and not the stomach to go shopping without hunger and Let us stick to a previously prepared list of products, based on our real needs. These needs must be derived from a weekly menu plan, balanced and healthy.
