Some mistakes to avoid when you’re on a diet
It can happen to make great sacrifices trying to lose weight but the end result is not as hoped.
Let’s see what behaviors to avoid:
1) Do not sport, only use the machine and do the stairs. We were wrong: in fact, not just follow a diet. The perfect mix to find the right weight is made up of a good exercise and a diet as much content as possible.
2) Skipping meals and / or breakfast.
3) Do not eat pasta and bread. High protein diets are based precisely on the reduction of carbohydrates in favor of the consumption of meat and fish. It must be said that bread and pasta, pillars of Mediterranean cuisine, are our main source of energy and thus eliminate them completely is not completely healthy.
4) Drinking wine and spirits. Alcohol is very calorie (a glass of white wine contains about 100 calories) and if you decide to follow a diet should be completely eliminated.
5) Do not drink water. Big mistake: all waters are diuretic and facilitate the exchange of fluids.
6) Use only the sweetener. The difference between a bag of sugar and sweetener is minimal. It must be said that some sweeteners may be laxative. Better to make a very limited use.
7) Continue with the Zone diet for over 5 months. It is a diet that is effective but only in the short term.
