If you have to drive to a gym it takes even longer.  This is why I started looking online for workouts that were short but still effective. I started reading <a href="http://blog.extremefitnessresults.com/product-reviews/10-minute-trainer-reviews/">10 minute Trainer reviews</a> and knew that I had found the answer to quick workouts. </p>
<p>Tony Horton, the trainer from the famous P90X workout program from Beachbody, created a 10 minute workout for busy people that incorporates compound exercises. According to the 10 Minute Trainer reviews I read, this method of combining several different exercises into one really gave people a complete workout so I decided to try it myself. </p>
<p>I must say this program isn&#8217;t easy. It is almost as hard as P90X although thankfully, it&#8217;s not as long. As each 10 minute segment is different, I found you can do two or three a day easily. I do one in the morning then I do the yoga and stretching at night. You really can get a full workout in 10 minutes though so theres&#8217; no need to do two per day, especially at first.  Your stamina increases as you keep doing the workouts so later you might want to add more to your 10 minutes. </p>

The setting of the workout is simply Shaun T., the trainer, and people doing the workout with him in a plain gym. The reason this impressed me is that the program doesn&#8217;t rely on fancy sets or gimmicks, it&#8217;s really just about the workout. Overall, the program is based on high intensity interval training, and Shaun T. is a good trainer and motivator.</p>
<p>For your money, ($119.85 plus S&amp;H) you&#8217;ll get 10 DVDs, a fitness guide, a nutrition guide, and a wall calendar to keep track of the workouts. You will also get free coach support online. That&#8217;s not bad at all considering the work that went into the Insanity Workout,and the fact that no additional equipment is needed. Overall, it&#8217;s well worth the price for a high intensity workout program as it includes maximum interval training, cardio and plyometrics training.</p>

<p>The study was conducted by Professor Peter T. Katzmarzyk, the Pennington Biomedical Research Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
