The Macrobiotic Diet
The macrobiotic diet is a diet either. It is a philosophy of life that integrates nutrition, physical health and spirituality that emerged in Japan with George Osawa. He believed that simplicity is the key to optimal health and is therefore called macrobiotics, which in Greek means “long life”.
