Achieving ideal weight after the summer

burn fatWith the end of summer and the end of the holidays most of us have won a few extra kilos and we want to regain weight. It is therefore important that we start some action on it to get the best results with minimal effort and without hunger.

First of all we should pay particular attention to food. The summer weight gain was due mainly to the great feasts we’ve done away from home and little physical activity. An explosive cocktail when we consider that this kind of diet has great energy intake at a time when you just burn anything. To regain the weight they had before the holidays is important that we adjust our schedules for meals. It is therefore important that we do not consume too many afternoon carbohydrates and try to eat two or three hours before bed to digest the food better.

Following this rule we must consume more food in the early hours of the day, which is why breakfast should be one of the most important meal, as activate our metabolism and burn more calories to get easier. It is important that we dedicate the time it deserves and get well start the day with metabolism at the top and ready to tackle all day. A good help is the regular consumption of fluids and infusions to help us cleanse the body and keep it active.

To recover the ideal weight we must not forget that exercise is essential. We need to perform aerobic activity that will help us burn calories and lose fat. If we are lovers of the sport’s career is a good solution as the bicycle. But if we do not practice any sport we follow a few simple steps to perform an aerobic activity without suffering in the attempt. One example is to put aside all the means that we facilitate the movement, as elevators, buses … have to go into the background, as we have to move we are by our own feet.

Next to sports and healthy life we must put aside some habits such as drinking alcohol, which is a direct enemy of the line, and that gives us plenty of empty calories that are not going to give anything except a few fat reserves which besides being unsightly endanger our health.
